Today’s driver spotlight comes from Hot Springs,AR. He drives an Arkansas Factory Stock. Please let me introduce, Corey Breshears.
Corey Breshears is a man successfully living his dream as a racecar driver. He was born and raised in Hot Springs, where he currently resides with his fiancé, Jessica, and their three furry companions. Family is vital to Corey, and every milestone in his life includes the people he cherishes most.
As a child, Corey developed a fascination with car racing, and it remained his dream to become a racecar driver. He was determined to turn this dream into a reality. Corey’s father took him to the dirt track races as a kid and instilled in him an appreciation for the sport. Every weekend, they talked about how awesome it would be to have their team.
When he was twenty-seven, Corey procured his first racecar, fulfilling one of his dreams. At twenty-eight, he finally got out on the dirt track with his car. His family has been in his corner every step of the way. They have always been his motivation, support, and inspiration. Jess has also been a vital part of his success in the sport, providing both encouragement and support to help Corey to get involved with dirt track racing.
Corey has a deep passion for dirt bikes, that began in his infancy when his dad and uncle started racing dirt bikes with him. Dirt bike riding has been a calling for Corey, and he spent several years on the hare scramble circuit, professionally racing dirt bikes. His itch for speed even made it to his professional career, as he worked road construction for Cranford Construction since he was eighteen. Even though he has spent most of his life building roads and highways, he has never wavered in his passion for racing.
Not only does Corey have strong backing from his family, but he also has David Ratliff of Ratliff Race Cars and Andy Norman, who have played pivotal roles in helping him, setting up his car and learning the ropes. He is also an active member of the racing community and continually finds motivation to become successful at it.
The loss of Jess’s mother, Lisa Dawn, shattered their family last year. However, to commemorate her life, Jess’s mother’s wings will now be forever affixed to the hood of Corey’s race car to honor her memory, an everlasting reminder of the unwavering spirit that always inspires him.
Corey has a goal to ensure his Ninety-Two Graphics and Design enterprise becomes the primary sponsorship source for his dirt track racing team in the coming years. Aside from racing, he loves spending time with his family, friends, and dogs, hanging out, grilling, and drinking a beer. Corey often shares his journey on Ninety Two Motorsports, self-narrated as the most outstanding character in his own life story, where resilience, perseverance, humility, and drive come hand in hand.
In conclusion, Corey Breshears represents the aspirations and working-class spirit of racing uniquely. With an all-hands-on-deck-approach to racing, Corey shows belief in family, hard work, determination, and an unwavering passion for the sport. Corey Breshears success story attains how dreams transformed into reality from a young boy first watching his Father’s favorite drivers by the dirt track fence, to now, driving his vehicles like the race car drivers that were once his heroes.
