Today’s daily driver spotlight comes from Arlington, TN but currently resides in Atoka, TN. He drives a late model. Please let me introduce, JC Waller.
JC Waller’s passion for racing began at a young age, inspired by his father who had been a racer since before he was born. He started racing when he was just 16 years old and has since progressed through various classes of stock cars, modified, crate late model, and now super late model. He works in the heating and air industry for hospitals spreading out across the Memphis and tri-state area. Despite being fully occupied with his work and racing, JC vows that this won’t stop him from reaching his ultimate goals in racing which are hitting a few more bucket-list tracks in five years and winning a super late model championship within the next ten years.
JC is a devoted racer, spending most of his time in the race shop. He believes that racing is not just about winning; he sees it as an inspiring metaphor for life. His inspiration is drawn from his father, who was also a true racer at heart, and whose spirit and tenacity JC models in his own life.
JC has a deep conviction in believing in oneself and never giving up, no matter what other people tell you. He remains committed to that belief and aims to inspire others with this same spirit. He has faced several challenges throughout his racing career but remains positive and consistent, always learning and growing in the sport.
JC’s favorite movie is “Days of Thunder,” a classic that has enthralled him with the excitement and speed of dirt track racing. He has dedicated much of his life to his passion for racing, seeing it as a lifeline that has pushed him to achieve his dreams and reach a greater level of success.
Currently residing in Atoka, TN, JC continues to look forward to an exciting race season, where he intends to participate in some occasional big shows. He is happy to announce that he and his partner are expecting their first child, a daughter due in August, and is enthusiastic to share his passion with his little one.
Ultimately, at his young age, JC Waller has shown that through dedication, hard work, perseverance, and passion, dreams can be achieved, and the seemingly impossible becomes possible. His journey of growth and success in racing is an outstanding example that highlights the value of being determined to follow one’s passion.
