Wednesday, May 22, 2024:

Karter Sarff turned his recent fortunes around by securing his second Feature win of the season in the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota at Millbridge Speedway. Sarff led the 30-lap race from start to finish, showcasing his skill at navigating through lapped traffic and maintaining a substantial lead. Despite a challenging start to the season, with finishes outside the top ten, Sarff’s performance on this North Carolina bullring restored his confidence.

In the closing stages, Zach Daum and Cannon McIntosh battled fiercely for third, with Daum eventually securing the position. The race saw several cautions, which allowed Daum and McIntosh to attempt moves on Sarff, but they ultimately couldn’t overcome his pace. Ryan Timms, who had been running second, encountered issues and fell back after a collision, ending up 12th.

Sarff celebrated his victory, crediting his crew chief Paul May for the perfect setup. Daum was pleased with his podium finish, hoping it would mark a turnaround for his season. Meanwhile, McIntosh extended his points lead with a consistent third-place finish.

Thursday, May 23, 2024:

Zach Daum found redemption at Millbridge Speedway, claiming his first win of the season in the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series. Daum, who had struggled with mechanical issues earlier in the year, made a decisive move on a late restart to take the lead from Kale Drake and drive off to victory.

Drake, who led for much of the race, faced pressure from Daum and eventually succumbed to a flat tire, allowing Daum to capitalize. Karter Sarff, Tuesday’s winner, fought his way to second place but couldn’t catch Daum in the final laps. Points leader Cannon McIntosh finished third, extending his lead in the standings.
