(April 6, 2024) Lavonia, GA – The Carolina Sprint Tour revved up the excitement on Saturday, April 6, at Lavonia Speedway, where Ben McCall clinched his first career victory with the Carolina Sprint Tour. George Loux, who secured victory in the season opener at Travelers Rest Speedway the previous night, settled for second place.
Cale Cozad continued his podium streak, finishing third for the second consecutive night. Josh Shantz bounced back from a disappointing first night to secure fourth place, while Sean Vardell made an impressive climb of five positions to finish fifth.
Tyler Lewis showcased his skills by charging from 12th to 7th place. However, it was a rough night for pole-sitter Scott Hunter, as he faced a DNF (Did Not Finish) and was scored 10th.
The Carolina Sprint Tour returns to action April 26th at Carolina Speedway followed by a visit on the 27th to Sumter Speedway.
